Guess I should explain... I cant eat liver of any kind. If I swallow it, it comes back in about 3 minutes.

I like to marinate the livers in soy sauce and sherry before bacon wrapping and cooking on charcoal. Don't do it often but they are good. I like chicken livers but not pork or beef livers. Now that sounds good also. I'll give that a try next time.

Poultry livers are entirely different tasting than mammal livers. I like them both, but liver does have to be cooked right or it gets quite bitter.
Chicken livers, gizzards, and hearts were one of the staple meals of my youth. Loved 'em all, but especially the hearts.
Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.
