I love liver.... braunschweiger, liverwurst, liver fried with bacon and onions and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy... YUM

Poultry livers are entirely different tasting than mammal livers. I like them both, but liver does have to be cooked right or it gets quite bitter.

Chicken livers, gizzards, and hearts were one of the staple meals of my youth. Loved 'em all, but especially the hearts.
