It was interesting to see the representation of the different breeds.
I was expecting an even higher proportion of German Shepard - Malinois type dogs (you know, the "toothy" kind :-)
There was also a greater proportion of Labradors than I'd initially expected. However, on reflection I guess that shows what good noses they have, and how trainable they are (perhaps I should write "wanting to please" for the latter).

John Oh, labs can be plenty toothy, trust me. My daughter's chocolate can destroy just about any toy, Kong or not.

All I could think at a few of the pictures was "who picks a black lab for desert work"?
Then I couldn't make it past the photo of the dog lying by the casket. I'll go back and try to finish later.
