For those of you that have handled both which do you prefer. According to manners website the specs are really close.

Planning on using it with a bartlein #3 contour. Kinda thought the wider forearm on the eh3 might be a better fit for that contour.

According to manners a #3 will fit the eh6 fine. Tom manners did a rundown on the differences somewhere in the web. Basically the eh3 has a more closed grip and a square belly that's more suited to a DBM system. EH6 is more rounded in the belly and intended for a BDL

Get a sample of both from manners and tell us what you think!

I have looked over the thread you are speaking of many times. I'm still having a hard time with this decision. Really need to get my hands on some.

Is the only difference between the eh2 and eh3 the extra drop in heel on the eh2?

I think the trip is thinner and longer in the eh3.

Here's a pic of my boys' .260s. The bottom one has a Lilja #4 in an EH3 and it seems like a natural fit. I haven't played with the EH6 but I'm sure you wouldn't go wrong either way.

How do you like that mountaineer? I bought one a while back and sold it. Never used it. Went with hunters edge. I just ordered an EH8 from Tom yesterday. I think I'm really gonna like it. I ordered it ADL for a small light 7-08 build.
