Looking for a new pair of 15x56 and came across the Meopta MEOSTAR B1 15X56 HD. On paper they look great has anybody tried these out?

Meopta has a good rep and at $1250 they are they worth it? I have used SLC 15x56's and they were great but at $2300 bucks they are more than I want to spend right now.

Thanks Huntsonora

I have read several good reviews comparing them highly vs Swarovski so I finally ordered my pair. At $1151 shipped they are half what SLC's would have cost me.

I used them on a hunt this fall. Really nice glass and I liked the ergos. I was very impressed. I compared them with the new SLC's and I thought they compared very favorably.

Found them online at BINOSTORE.COM they emailed me today informing me I may have to pay European Union tariff since they are being shipped to an non EU country. They offered to cancel the order if I did not want to go ahead.

Since I could not determine the amount I am canceling the order.

I wrote a review on the 10x42mm HD here:

https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/11185521/Re:_Euro_HD_review#Post11185521

I haven't used the 15x56, but this line from Meopta I'm has amazing quality at a great price. I found the 10x42 very close to the comparable SLC HD, can't see why the 15x56 wouldn't be similar.
