This Gen3 Night Vision monocular is flat out incredible! Some real minor blemishes on the exterior, but the lens and tube are in super shape (would rate the tube at 97% and the housing at 90%.) Can be mounted to a helmet for hands free navigation in the dark. It can also be mounted to a low recoiling rifle (I wouldn't put it on anything larger than a .223) in conjunction with a laser. Or placed behind a NV compatible red dot (Aimpoint, Vortex, etc.) I personally used this with my Volquartsen .22WMR and an Aimpoint Micro-T1 to take out coons and fox. Hate to sell, but the tax man, accountant, and attorney are all lined up this year with their hands out.... so no choice. $1500 shipped USPS Priority within USA. Will consider trades. Always interested in quality optics. Definitely interested in Kimber (Yonkers) Klassic or SuperAmerica .22lr ITT Industries Night Vision, the world’s leading producer of eneration (Gen) 3 image intensification devices, offers the highest performance image intensifier tubes available. ITT’s Gen 3 F9800 Series (MX-10160) image intensifier tubes are designed for use in all night vision systems that use an inverting tube, such as aviators’ goggles, ground binoculars, and weaponsights. ITT offers a selection of tubes, with ifferent performance levels, to satisfy a wide range of ustomer specifications. This selection includes ITT's innacleTM technology which surpasses the performance of all other Gen 3 tubes previously and currently fielded.
Description: ITT’s F9800 Series Gen 3 18-mm image intensifier consists of a high-efficiency GaAs photocathode bonded to a glass input window, a microchannel plate (MCP) current amplifier, and a P-43 phosphor screen deposited on an inverting fiber-optic output window. The Gen 3 photocathode is very sensitive to lowradiation levels of visible and, especially, near infrared light. It also provides very high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for extended detection ranges at very low light levels. The 6-micron channel spacing in ITT’s MCP provides exceptional resolution. The MCP has a thin ion-barrier film that preserves photocathode sensitivity during operation, thereby greatly extending the life of Gen 3 tubes compared to Gen 2.
ITT continues to improve Gen 3 MX-10160 image intensifier tubes to increase operational range and situational awareness for the user. Equipped with a gated power supply, the Pinnacle versions provide truly outstanding performances in high-light or lightpolluted areas, such as such as urban environments. In addition, the Pinnacle tube provides a much reduced halo.

They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Inquiries received wanting to know what sort of trade fodder would be of interest.
If you have something(s) you want considered, just run it past me. Never know what might strike my fancy.
Always of interest is high quality optics.
Only rifles of interest would be Kimber (Yonkers) Klassic or SuperAmerica .22lr or SA Montana's.
