It seems this review is being really well received. Everything on this rifle is brand new. This whole thing (minus the sling) cost me $491 plus tax. In the review I also compare Winchester match ammo vs my very first handloads. I thought I'd post it on here as well. Enjoy all. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for posting. If you want to test some additional ammo, try the Prime ammo with 130 grain bullets. Good luck with your rifle.

Recon, there's a good thread on Creedmoor loads on the fire. Here's the link:

Thanks for the video Recon. I enjoyed watching it. I like my two RAR's too, as they are very good shooters. Good luck with yours.

The RAR's are addictive. I bought the 1st 223 Compact I saw a few years ago. I ended up buying a full length stock from Ruger. I wanted a more compact rifle and this was before the Ranch version was available.

Next came a Predator in 308 which quickly became the most accurate rifle I own and about a month ago I added the 6.5. I picked up a few boxes of Hornady 129gr American Whitetail ammo and a box of 140 gr Hornady Match ammo.

Both loads shot well under 1 MOA, but velocity was quite a bit slower than advertised. Once getting some brass I've only loaded 143gr ELD-X bullets to about 2650 fps. and 1 MOA is the norm.

All 3 rifles shoot amazingly well. I paid, $330 and $389 + tax for the 223 and 308. I got the 6.5 for $389 OTD. Combined I have less money in these than some individual rifles; and they shoot better.

Most people don't really want the truth.

They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

I have a LH RAR in 22-250 (1-10" twist) that I will begin to work up loads with 62-65 grain hunting bullets with the intent of having a 22 caliber hunting rifle option available for Pronghorn.

Thanks for the video. I'm a Ruger guy, but just don't know if I will ever get a Creedmor. I like the stuff no one else around me has...lol.
