I have a left Hand Zastava 375H&H and 30/06 and trying to make them true Mauser looking, I notice Gentry have a Left Hand 3 position "Winchester" style safety , will this safety fit the lefty Zastava or is it for right hand bolt for folks who prefer a left sided safety? ...........

There are 2 rules to success:

Mmmm... U.S. has "ITAR" regulations. IIRC, any "part" for a firearm that costs $100 USD or more is considered an ITAR regulated item. Requires an exporter to legally leave the U.S. Don't ask how I found out about this...

Does anyone have a place that you can order a zastava LH? I don't think there is a NIB Zastava LH current stocking dealer in the USA. I know last year there was a group buy. A lot of fellows here on the campfire got some. They were all sold and spoken for. I've been looking for a nice used one at a decent price, but I see only a couple for over a grand. I am just saving up and for that price and a little more I might luck out on a WIN M70 lefty.

I have a question regarding the open sights on the Zastava M70. How are these attached? Are they easily removed or would one need to take it to a gunsmith?
Also does the action measure the same as an FN98? Meaning can an FN 98 stock and floor plate be used on the Zastava?
