Why then do we as citizens have to obey State and Local Laws?

If State Officials have no repercussions from the Feds, where to they come off giving citizens repercussions for not following their Laws?

Personally I've already written the White House with my opinion, our State Governor should be locked up in a Federal Facility and She can finish out the next 4 years of her term running her office behind bars....

Remember when Obama implemented the sexual discrimination issue of gender identities and they could use what ever bathroom they wanted or he would cut the States federal funds. The States for the most part fell in line.

I don't see where this is any different. Tucker had a guest professor on last night and Tucker used this analogy. Of course the California professor would not answer the question. He simply danced around it even though Tucker redirected it to him several times.

I think Mr. Trump and Jeff Sessions should just cut the money and let THEM sue to get it back.

How about a sanctuary city or state for babies? No "deportation" by abortion. The libs sure howled when states tried that.

I agree, Federal power should Trump state power(no pun intended). The civil war put states rights to rest on the big issues. Even though they were not convicted, I'm glad the bundy brother were charged when they took over their sanctuary compound in Oregon.

Only as allowed by the Constitution. All areas not enumerated therein, belong solely to the states.

If I have a KNOWN felon in my house, feeding/housing them, helping them avoid the law, I am subject to prosecution for aiding/abetting. Why would the chief/Sheriff of a prison who releases a KNOWN felon without reporting to the Feds be any different??

If laws are enforced based on what is convenient for political purposes.... then what good is it to have laws at all?

Politicians who defy Federal Laws need to be personally held accountable... and prosecuted for it...

as is the case with Oregon's Govenor, California's....

mayors in Seattle, Potland, San Fran and LA... let them finish there terms behind bars, and running their cities and states from a jail cell...

Take 3 minutes to read this post and look at these facts.

"Federal power should Trump state power" This is what the feds want to make people believe and many do believe it because they have not read history. It's not true.

That's the #1 reason the feds infiltrated the school systems and want control of "education". You can't assert rights you don't know you have.

Here are some Facts to consider:
The US Constitution, articles 1-7(Called the main body) were passed in 1789. Article 5 has what is known as the "supremacy clause". That's the golden child of the Feds. It says they get to be the boss in effect.

Many of the founders had strong objections to that idea.

They had just finished fighting a very long bloody war against their own government and secured independent rule from those efforts and all that blood.

So the Bill of Rights was added in 1791.

1791 came [u]after 1789.[/u] Right?

And the Bill of right is 10 AMENDMENTS!
Right?

Amendments AMEND!!!!!

So go back and read articles 1-7 and see if you can find anything that was amended.

The Supremacy Clause!

9th Amendment says in effect the feds are not the boss anymore.

Read it.
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

The 10th AMENDMENT says specifically the feds can't be the boss.

Read it.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

So how can Trump trump state governors and county sheriffs on the "illegal alien" issue?

EASY!

But he has not used the power he needs to use.

Trump can declare "illegal aliens" as INVADERS and that puts them under war powers.Then under Article 1, (which was not amended,) he has the power.

As soon as this issue is moved from civil jurisdiction to military jurisdiction, the powers of these mayors and governor's as well as county sheriffs disappears. Until then, the courts age going to have leverage to block Trump because of the 9th and 10th amendments. When the USA is INVADED the civil powers have to give way to the military powers until the war is won. So the President needs to invoke powers to repel invasion and that means these invaders need to be named as such!

But even though they ARE invaders and they ARE part of an organized plan from enemies of the USA to destroy the USA from within, no one seems to have the courage to speak that truth.

Until that truth is asserted, we will continue to lose to Mexican invaders, Muslim invaders and Communist Invaders.

In other words, it's long past time to take off the gloves and use the delegated and enumerated powers within the Constitution to solve the problem and it will require force and violence.

But the time to stop them was 30 years ago. They are already here. So now the game must be stepped up, or we must surrender. The Communists and Muslims know it too.
The average American doesn't.

We have been dumbed down and many refuse to learn or ever look at the evidence or even read the Constitution that protects them. They don't deserve to be free.

Those that desire freedom will have to be willing to do more for it than those that oppose freedom will do against it.

The time for half measures and talk is past.
