Details on the scope mount please? Does that use factory holes or did the receiver have to be drilled and tapped? Is it a smooth top receiver?

Jimb03 Its a Williams, mount Gun is waffle topped. This is how gun has been since I owned it, had a Weaver scope that no longer held "0" so I removed scope been in safe ever since. Thanks for looking
