Have some time off from work and thinking about heading up to South Mills River with my 8 year old son to do some trout fishing an a night or two of backpack camping. Hows the bite for spinner fishing in late May or early June? Does it get a lot of pressure?
Also, any recommendations on a local place to get a license and some single hook spinners would be greatly appreciated.

I get single hook spinners on line direct from Panther Martin, good web site. Prices seem very competitive.
