I just wanted to share what great customer service I received from Talley. I had their steel fixed vertical split rings (the ones with one screw at top of each ring) mounted up on a rifle that has limited options available on scope mounts that fit. The rings were 30mm and I was running a 24oz scope in them. first I had the rings torqued 30 in/lbs bottom screw and 20 in/lbs top screw. The scope slipped under recoil after just a few shots. So.... I increased torque to 40 in/lbs on bottom screw and 30 in/lbs on top screw and the scope still slipped under recoil after about 20 shots. I was trouble shooting email with Talley and they just said they would send me out some new stronger rings -Talley steel fixed vertical split (3 bottom screws and 2 top screws). Just 3 days later the new rings arrive at my house with the receipt marked "paid". I run Talley lightweights on probably 10 of my rifles; but this was my initial rodeo with the steel fixed vertical split rings. I just want to say it is a pleasure doing business with Talley and I am appreciative of a company that makes a high quality product and stands behind the product 100% should an issue arise.

They have swapped rings for me, sent screws I've lost, all with no charge. Their rings and bases are all I use. They are fantastic. RCBS has great service also.

I love the look of Talleys on my rifles. They add a touch of class to a nice rifle.

+1 I've needed CS from Talley on a couple of occasions; the world would be a happier place if everyone handled their business/treated their customers like Talley.

I have changed most all of mine over to the split rings and bases. It's taken a while, but they do look nice.

I have had great service from them as well. I wish they would contour their bases rather than the blocks that they are now.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Yes they do seem to "get it" too bad more don't.
