I've had it since joining. No one seems to know how to make it stop. It looks like a software glitch. It seems like just people who registered more recently get it.

Welcome, and have fun. Mostly good-natured fun around here. Take that with a grain of salt! Geno PS you have at least one 6.5 in your battery of rifles, no? PPS anything .375 or larger might get you past the 6.5 requirement, even a 9.3 might suffice. PPPS do not, I repeat, DO NOT disparage the .30-'06, the 7x57, .303 British and similar old cartridges. They are considered venerable and still functional...............like a large proportion of the members here.

The .30-06 I have has been my go-to deer rifle. WWII custom cut down into a sleek deer rifle. Wouldn't sell it for a million dollars. I have an AR-15 in 5.56 NATO, and I just traded my KelTec-9 for a brand new scoped Remington 300 WM. But no, I don't have a 6.5-CM. I desperately want one with a heavy barrel. Even a Savage Axis 1 with the barrel mod.
