Yeah, all public roads ought to be reserved for only your use...

Even though they are owned by everybody, and those transports pay extra fees and taxes.

Which non-normal road would you have them take?

ignorance becomes enjoyable....

"Super loads" are one of the most profitable revenue sources for the state DOT. It's a big money game.

Guess the whole "multiple axle" and "weight distribution " concepts are lost on you? Besides, they pay taxes..... they get to use the roads. Now the homos in spandex on the 10 speeds.....those guys have no business on the road..... no fuel taxes, no registration = get off the road.

The reason for so many axles and spacing is to get the load to permitable standards and has to go through state and federal permit services to be granted a permit, loads using these types of equipment have a lot of experience, planning and engineering behind the moves. As to the mention of backing up, sometimes for short distances, ain't going to be very far. And accidents do happen, usually involving the permit offices not having up to date information on road systems such as road construction that can bring the move to a temporary halt.

That trailer isn't for hauling the wind towers, at least not the ones we have around here. The ones here are in enough pieces so that no single piece is that heavy. The towers are in several pieces and are basically a big tube, and each blade is a separate load so the heaviest piece may be the nacelle? They are really long, but not so heavy that they require the trailer in the picture.

Well since they made 71 an interstate we don't have to deal with the scum anymore, loved it the last two times the idiots hauled through here they exited off 71 couldn't make the turn, blocking the exit ramp then got hung up under the overpass on 160 blocking both lanes of it, right as school was out and two factories first shift was leaving, finally got a big wrecker and drug the P O S out from under the overpass. Patrol forced him into a truck stop last one sat there for 3 days guess they couldn't figure whether to $hit or go blind!! Great ending we never see them anymore!!!

I hope they make it illegal for any truck to enter your state. Should make you happy.

You get your gas from Amazon? If so do the deliver by pony express? Do Missouri dairy cows walk to the bottler. Stop and think about it, What do you have that was not delivered by truck.

If you hate trucks so much, do you wipe your arse with your fingers?

EVERYTHING you buy was brought by a truck, with the exception of tap water, electricity and natural gas. So next time you pick up some TP, thank a trucker.

[bleep]... off topic but you wouldn't even have the water and gas without the piping that the truck brought.
