WASHINGTON – Former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile is the high-ranking DNC representative who allegedly called police and the family of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich and demanded to know why a private investigator was “snooping” into Rich’s death, the private eye revealed to WND Monday.

It traces back to the entire DNC Establishment. Wiki already proved what crooks they are. The contract hit on Seth Rich just shows to what ends they will go to insure the real DNC isn't exposed.

I won't go there with JFK, but that's a whole 'nuther topic for Nov 22.
It has been well established that the Dem machine was "all in for HRC". The top of the Party was all in 2008, which is why they ran a weak field against her that just happened to include a no name first term Senator named BO. When Obama got traction in the Iowa Caucus, the Kennedy's - namely Ted who HATED the Clintons-jumped in and put their machine behind BO and incredibly he defeated HRC in the Primaries. That was never supposed to happen.
To insure that is was not going to happen, the Dems ran "some guy named Webb," and Crazy Uncle Bernie the Socialist Independent that only caucuses with the Dems. When Bernie started getting the love from the White, College educated Liberals and the younger voters, the Clinton's were faced with a déjà vu moment, and were going to do ANYTHING to get the nomination. After all, Trump is no threat, right? The Feminists within the Party certainly were all in for HRC. Bill Clinton was twisting arms within the Party. He wanted back in Washington, and back to prominence in the World.
It is very plausible that some young, idealist dude like Seth Rich saw this corruption and wanted to blow the whistle. Would the Clinton machine murder him over it? Depends on what you want to believe. There are those that can paint a pretty good picture of a trail of dead bodies connected to the Clintons that "commit suicide", die in plane crashes, die in botched robberies, etc. while others just shut up go away or stay loyal.

There is a pretty good effort by "The Internet" trying to figure out what SEIU people were in Washington DC on the night of Seth Rich’s murder. You look at how many people at the DNC that has ties to the SEIU and it's pretty interesting. The head of the DC police that night is another along with John Podesta'so ex sister in law being tied to the DC police.
