They attach to the scope base if you scope breaks. Thanks.

You didn't specify the rifle, but the following have them for Rugers, Weaver style bases, etc: http://www.newenglandcustomgun.com/index.html

Or, if you have a Model 70 or a Montana action, Brockman has a popup peep that attaches to a custom Talley base: http://www.brockmansrifles.com/sight_options.aspLiam

I just mounted a Borckman / Talley rear peep and a NECG front ramp on a Winchester M70 featherweight. It has not gone to the range yet, but it looks good.

His site says M70 Classic and Montana only. If it fits a Featherweight, that's really cool. I'd like to get me a lefty Featherweight in 300WSM and add an NECG front and that popup peep rear as backups. Would rather have a lefty Featherweight in 30-06, but they only made the lefty ones in the wizzums, to my knowledge (except out of the custom shop, I think). Sorry to hijack the thread a bit! Liam

So it fits a Featherweight? His site says M70 Classic and Montana only. The Featherweight is a Classic. Classic refers to the action being similar to the Pre-64 70 action.
