I just wanted to thank Doug and Neil at Camera Land NY for their excellent customer service. These folks not only have great prices but they take care of you after the sale. I'll never buy another scope without first checking to see if Camera land has it in stock. I see no reason to buy from anyone else. The kind of service these folks provide is a rare thing these days,and I certainly appreciate it.

I concur. They are awesome to deal with and go above and beyond. Early on in their debut into rifle scopes, Minox had a glitch in production, and a few scopes made it through that shouldn't have -- and I wound up with one. I wasn't having any luck contacting Minox, so I called CLNY and simply asked if they had a name/contact person to try with Minox CS. They took it a gigantic step farther and went above and beyond. The contacted Minox and had a new scope on the way to me that very same afternoon along with getting me an RA to return the other. I don't forget service like that.

Ditto for EuroOptic.They recently went above and beyond to make things right when a scope problem was not even their fault or concern. It's obvious they value their customers and desire to take care of them. Therefore, EuroOptic and CLNY are my only real considerations when needing to place an order.

Yup - concur over many transactions/years. Although I can't warm up to their new website.

Well,if I wanted to complain,that would be the only point. I don't like it that I can't check all demo and open box specials like the old one. I know the problem with the old one was multiple people buying a one of, but surly something can be connected to real time inventory.

I've dealt with them only a few times. Once I paid for a demo Zeiss on the website. Ended up being out of stock. They offered my money back or to wait for a NEW scope at the demo price. Easy choice.
