I've loaded the 95 BT's in a couple of my 243's with H4350, 4451 and RL-17. All three powders worked really well, but I usually keep coming back to 42 grains of H4350. It's not the fastest load on the block at about 2930 fps, but it's been very accurate in several rifles. 4451 and RL-17 were a bit faster, but slightly less accurate in my main rifle.

The 85 grain Game King over 43 grains of IMR 4831 and a Fed 210 worked well in a new T3 I picked up. Otherwise, 95g and 100g pills over 7828 and H4350 have been steady performers.

95gr NPT's over 34.0gr Varget have killed a couple small truck loads of deer in my family. MOA or better in 5 different rifles. While I prefer Partitions, I expect that the 95gr NBT's would do just as well...

Ramshot Hunter under an 85tsx. Somewhere between 3150 and 3250 should offer excellent accuracy.

Many years ago, Jim Carmichial recommended any 100 grain bullet over 42 grains of IMR 4350. I still have powder from the same vintage and use it for near 3000 fps. With newer powder, I think I would only use 40 grains under a 100 Nosler Partition and never worry about my load choice. WW brass, BR2 primed.

Best,

Jack

He also gave some loading data for the 7X57 with IMR 4350 and a 140 grain bullet many years ago. It was several grains past the max load listed in every reloading manual that I had. I went ahead and loaded it as he said, and the load shot fine with no signs of pressure, but was the most recoiling 7X57 load I've ever fired.

Found the load i was looking for. Tried many loads recommended here and settled on a load i found in the Nosler manual.
42.5 RL22 and a 95 Btip and cci200 produced a 3/8 inch ragged hole at 100yds.

I'd like for my pet load to be factory 100 grain ammo, or even 95. But the 1 in 10 twist seems to prefer lighter stuff.

But Remingtons have a little faster twist. So more versatile.

10" twist works fine with 100gr bullets in several 243's for me. Your rifles may not like heavy bullets, but I doubt that it's because the twist is too slow.

If looking for factory, Federal Fusion 95 grain is the go-to loading right now.
