Hey fellas, besides Kuiu who else makes a pack with rifle side carry option?
Though I have a few Kifaru packs I am not horribly fond of their rifle carry option, and the Eberlestock scabbard system seems a bit bulky.

External frame pack makes a very handy side carry option, just add a velcro band to secure the butt stock ...
I use a very old camp trails freighter frame.

Kifaru gun bearer is a great option

I use the "gunslinger corral" and like it. You could probably make a simple version of it yourself.

I use a Crooked Horn Gun Commander. Great way to carry a rifle on just about any pack.
Start young, hunt hard, and enjoy God's bounty.

Eberlestock. High quality, but heavy. Like Kifaru much better.

Some ALPS packs have a setup similar to the gunslinger corral built into them. I like their pursuit pack as an example.

Most of the time. I use, "the grab it and go" system.
