..... it sounds like it. At least that is what is being reported by Hannity tonight. According to Hannity, Trump's private attorney, Marc Kasowitz, will file formal complaints with the DOJ's Inspector General and other governmental agencies / authorities in response to what is being characterized as improper and unauthorized disclosures by Comey to the press of privileged communications with the president.
I think that Comey will soon find out that Trump's personal legal team does not play nice.

Comey had done multiple things which are crimes for a person in his ex-position. He should be indited and investigated on his actions in the hillary investigation they called a matter.

If Comey gets in a tight spot he will either squeal like a stuck pig or "commit suicide" by hanging himself after he shoots himself in the head and back a few times.

See: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...t-after-comey-testimony-source-says.htmlJames Comey, May 3rd as FBI director: “There have been a variety of leaks,” Comey said. “Leaks are always a problem, but especially in the past three to six months.” Comey June 8th: Yes I leaked the memos. I felt it was important to get that out there. Where have we heard something like that before:

Maybe. Perhaps it was part of an understanding.
OTOH, for Comey to be forthcoming with the leak info including prof's name, may indicate Trump's team is more effective behind the scenes than they are getting credit for. Regardless, it will be interesting to see if the "resistance" backs off now to get their asses out of the wind.

What got me was how Comey is "sure" that the special counsel was investigating Trump personally. How can Comey be "sure" of this without a leak from the special counsel's office as Comey left office prior to the special counsel being appointed?

It may have been improper and unauthorized, but was Comey's leak "illegal"? Did it reveal any classified information, did it break any laws? https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-may-be-about-to/?utm_term=.40d8df604214

I'm sure they have already talked.

Comey had done multiple things which are crimes for a person in his ex-position. He should be indited and investigated on his actions in the hillary investigation they called a matter. Comey never called it a matter. That's what lynch asked he do, but he did not. I recall very plainly when the clinton biotch was telling every one it was a "security inquiry", Comey did say, no, the FBI did not do that, they did investigations as their name implies.

A "complaint"? Sounds like a waste of time. Not when it's the POTUS sending it to his Justice department.

it's us vs. them, all over again. nothing new. both sides have probably committed a few atrocities of war. but, that's how it is. we learn to live with it, and move forward.

... It may have been improper and unauthorized, but was Comey's leak "illegal"? Did it reveal any classified information, did it break any laws? ... Yes. According to George Washington University Law School Professor, Jonathan Turley, (a well-respected legal scholar.... and a Democrap): "Besides being subject to Nondisclosure Agreements, Comey falls under federal laws governing the disclosure of classified and nonclassified information. Assuming that the memos were not classified (though it seems odd that it would not be classified even on the confidential level), there is 18 U.S.C. § 641 which makes it a crime to steal, sell, or convey “any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof.” Noted Attorney Jay Sekulow also comes to the same conclusion.
