Got a new 1/7 twist 243ai for the American and would love to hear what you guys have torqued to. I was looking at 65'#. How ever would like to hear what works best for you guys.
Seems a while back there was a thread about replacing barrels but I can't find it.

Looks like 55 to 65 ft pounds is the sweat spot.

RAR short action chambers 243AI it shoots really well. Had to gut the mags but they work now. Thinking about adding a chassis for the ease of AI mags and a stock I prefer.
