I know it's a long shot but I wondered if anyone has a SA model 70 stock collecting dust. One piece bottom metal and a #4 or smaller channel. This is a new CRF short action that I'm using. Was hoping for a McMillan edge but I'd look at others. Hopefully I can find something. Thanks all!

Iclimb, I have a NIB Mcmillan Edge for a short action Model 70, 13.5 LOP WITH 1" pad, blank paint, however, it is a left hand stock. If you have any interest, let me know. DPV

I have a Mcmillan compact (non-edge) I have been thinking about selling.
It is molded-in black, light gray and dark gray (looks great with SS), 13.5 in with Decelerator, factory FWT bbl and 2-pc BM. Very close to new. PM if interested

Iclimb - I will send you a pm later with some pics, but will try to address the key questions. The compact is the same pattern as the Edge, just regular construction. This is not the Win FWT pattern stock with the schnabel. The inlet for 2 pc is different. More material would have to be taken out for the 1-pc. Perhaps important thing is that mine is for a New Haven produced Model 70. Not 100%, but I think the new SC produced ones have a slightly different inlet. https://mcmillanusa.com/mcmillan-rifle-stocks/hunting-stocks-winchester-compact-gunstock/
