Can anyone tell me the current retail value of one of these rifles. This one is in stainless steel with Melvin's stock and in excellent condition.

I don't think they are making these anymore so I would guess the value is pretty close to what you paid for it originally. But as always it is how bad someone else wants it that determines the price and due to the scarcity the price could even go higher than current replacement cost. So in other words I don't know jack but if it was a Lefty I sure would be tempted but wouldn't go crazy on the price.
