How hard on barrels are bi-metal jacketed bullets.

How much more wear and tear do bi-metal (copper over steel) jacketed bullets, like those in steel case Russian ammo, than conventional guilding metal jackets, on your barrel.

I have a couple of nice .223 (non-AR) rifles and I’d like to take advantage of the low cost of steel case ammo for casual practice.

How hard are these bi-metal jacketed bullets on your barrel? How much faster do they wear the barrel? Is the average shooter likely to shoot enough for the more rapid wear to make any difference?
