Miles, your bedroom here is always ready! Archaeologist son just got back from Padre island. They cleaned up on specks. I think he's plannin' a fish fry. He caught helluva King off Mansfield jetty.

You're starting to piss off the Big Green Egg guys ! 284! What really pissed me off was I had to hit Lowes and shell out $40 to finish this pit several years ago! Had everything else. Something happened to my stash of good stuff. And them hot guts didn't last long!!

It's locally made. I buy and throw it on the pit when needed. Now, Old son makes

Hopefully tender as my heart (If I had one). I usually cook my stuff brisket, ribs, etc tender as I got bad teeth. I know some may not like it that tender, but I haven't met them folks yet.
