We are preparing for a hit, Keri, Mark and Fred will be on duty. If we do take a hit FL good flocking by. May do it any way, just cannot do the cleanup replacing again. Southeast Iowa is an undiscovered gem. It's a little redneckish especially if you are close to the Mississippi but the weather is not as bitter cold as anywhere north of I-80. They also tend to miss the tornado's that central and northern Iowa get. It would be great to see you in the State, Terry. I'm sure leaving Florida would be tough to do.

Just got off the phone with my sister in Boca Raton. Latest storm track is predicted to bring it right up the coast and put the eye about 10 miles east of her house - she's two miles inland from the ocean. She was out Saturday getting bottled water, canned foods and gasoline. As the storm gets near she and her husband will put up the steel shutters on the windows. She and I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale but she's lived in S. Florida all 67 years of her life so this ain't her first rodeo. Not taking a callous attitude toward it but more like "oh well, here we go again...".
