Using it in 7x57. Seems to be good but, I had to modify the shell holder slightly.

I've had no problems with it in 7x57,8x57 or 9.3x62.

good brass a bit on the thick side, and they have cartridges no one else makes any more

I'm not familiar with this brass. Is it any good? In a word, yes. It's not Lapua good, but in the four calibers I've used - 8x57, .22-250, 6.5x55 and 7.5x55, dimensionally and any other way it's every bit as consistent as the better lots of Remington and Winchester brass made before the shortage. One lot had the primer pockets a bit tight but that was a minor concern. I'd have no qualms at all about using more of it and based on anecdotal evidence about recently made Winchester brass would prefer the Prvi over the new Winchester stuff.

Primer pockets are not beveled, new ones snag. Used my debuting tool to chamfer, all good now.

The 7.5x55 Swiss ammo I bought years back shot very well. The cases are still around, waiting to be reloaded.

I like the 22 hornet brass and the 22-250 brass. The hornet ammo shot horrible in my 77/22 but the 22-250 drives tacks out of my 700 and shoots decent in my 77. I can't get reloads to do any better in my 700. To copy above I'll say the hornet brass doesn't split on the first or second firing like the new Winchester.

I've used it in .223, 22/250, 243, 25/35 (6.5x52R), 30/30, 303 Savage, 308, 30/06, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R, 303 Brit, 8x57, 375 H&H, and several pistol calibers with good results. The 243 and 7.62x39 were bought as brass to reform to 260 Rem and 401 WSL respectively. The brass does seem thick but that iseems a bonus when converting to 401.
I will use PPU if available, the price is very reasonable and the brass quality is as decent as any other common brand. It may not be Norma or Lapua quality but then I am not of that quality either.

It is excellent brass for reloading.

Have used it in the 22-250, 7X57, 6.5X55, and 8X57 all have shot well. Primer pockets do have to be beveled slightly.

Sadly, ANY FOREIGN MADE BRASS is getting to be better quality than the traditional American made brass from the majors...
American made exceptions seem to be Federal and Hornady....
I don't think Hornady has gotten any better... it use to be my least favorite American made brass.. however Rem, Win have declined so bad in quality..
Hornady is at the top of my list, along with Federal...
almost ANY foreign made brass is highly preferred now, especially if one shoots things like the 7 x 57, or 6.5 x 55...

I ran into some 7mm rem mag brass today for $31.00/50. I wish I would have seen this thread before then, or I would have snagged it to give it a try. I guess I'll remember for next time...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I bought some in 7mm Rem. Magnum and averaged the weight of three primed cases, 266 grs. vs. the same in Winchester brand, 233 grs., about a 14% difference.
