I can't think of any two of those ingredients I'd combine into a dish, let alone four.

eek

Replace 98% of the carrot with shredded cabbage and you'll have a starting point.

it's one of those things that has never seen a recipe. Somewhere around half a pound of shredded carrots. Big handful, maybe two, of raisins. 5 or 6 or more dried Mango chips, diced, and enough Duke's to moisten it all. Sorry I can't be more specific than that. smile
I made the carrot raisin salad because I had left over shredded carrots from making that Papaya hot sauce.

Love carrot salad, especially with raisins. I've had it with pineapple, but never mango. Interesting.

Well you can always try offering this carrot concoction to the lunch ladies at the local elementary school or the nursing home down the block.

The young may not know any better and the old have lost their eyesight and most of their sense of taste.

I like it, never eat it except at pot-lucks though.
Just never think to make it.
Will have to make up a batch out of the next bag of carrots and see if the wife likes it

I eat all those things, excepting the mayo, by themselves. Together, they sound random and awful. Kind of like scrambled eggs with turnips, Karo, and prunes.

Try that weather 500' above the ground, 500' below the clouds in a Cessna 172! eek

BTW, I'd substitute dried cranberries for the raisins, but that's just me. Until then, I'll take a bowl of that! grin
