Thought I'd share this for those needing a shotgun, or gifts for the kids/grandkids.

$119 pump shotgun.

https://www.cbcindustries.com/produ...;mc_cid=624b969cf4&mc_eid=66315f8807

For less than most single shot scatterguns.

Don't think the sale lasts forever...

Dealt with the company on an upper and parts previously and found them to be excellent to deal with.

Due to increased demand, lead time on parts is currently 2 to 3 business days from order date to ship date (as of 4/16/17).

Most major firearms companies use imported shotguns as a price marker model.

Lots come from Turkey.

My Yildiz came from Turkey. I've not shot a better shotgun.

I'm not familiar with this co. but some of the Turkish shotguns are pretty well built although a bit rough.
Copious amounts of shooting would help with that issue though.

Hope she enjoys that!

Thanks Barry! Think I'll get one as a spare gun for the pickup. I won't have to leave my 870 Tac 14 12ga pump in there for some lowlife to steal
I looked one over at a Weakley Watson in Brownwood the last time I drove through there. They seemed pretty stout built to me.
They were selling them for $199.

I have absolutely zero need but am tempted none the less. The Turks build good stuff from good steel. If I had grandkids...

I bought a cheap one yesterday, but it was a bit more than the one in the link:

Zero need here also but it sure is tempting........ If I get one and decide I don't want it I could probably get what I paid for it (or awful close) when I unload it. But there's still that little voice in the back of my head asking, "What's the catch?".

When I first got on the 20 gauge turkey hunting shotgun kick, I bought a Charles Daly, made in Turkey. Mostly bought it because it was full camo, and the lightest weight one I could find. Killed a few birds with it, despite the rough action, but after about a box of shells shot thru it, the extractor broke. It had a lifetime warranty, and they repaired it. I just didn't trust it after that, and sold it. But, there are a lot of cheap shotguns that work just fine.
