Bad guys are only batting bout 1 kill out of every of every six shootings. Over half of the wounds were to the lower extremities. Looks like the banger don't know how to lead someone running away from them.
Cops are 50/50 this year. Looks like they've been practicing, and doing a better job of saving the tax payers unnecessary expenses.

The more I read those statistics, the more I thought.......it is places like Chicago where the BLM people should be concentrating their efforts IF they are truly interested in Black lives.
But, of course, BLM isn't really about Black lives, is it?
Black lives only matter when that life is lost at the hands of a White person of authority. The reasoning of the BLM is simple, make it illegal for ANY White person to do bodily harm to a Black person, even if it is at the threat of the loss of the White person's life. Meanwhile, Blacks can keep on killing each other, at a rate that far, far exceeds that of any other race, or combined races of people in this country, and BLM remains mum.
