At first glance that receipt looks like a hungry guy wanting a 'decent' last meal and an extra Pepsi (as mentioned maybe some latent homo stuff) for the thirsty work.
Here's what I see:
Bagel; for sure some Jewery, no lox proves nothing they were probably out. Now, I don't think Soros himself was there but certainly one of his henchmen.

Paddock as I understand was a High Roller, typically he got his in-house food services free...as a patron you still get an itemised receipt showing list prices of complimentary items...thats based purely on my time and experience in a HR enviro. as you say 2 x pepsi not a big deal, means nothing,....some people here have no idea what such type patrons can sometimes order and the associated waste.
