Guys, my neighbor is looking for a LH .30-06 in stainless for his son for Christmas. His boy is a big kid, so it can be a full size rifle.
He specifically wants a .30-06 and any make would probably work. Cheap and clean is best, he's on a budget and hoping to stay around $450 ish...gun can have some character.

Got a lefty 308 that i might be willing to part with, although, it's not an '06. Let me know if a 308 would be an option.

Just curious, how old is the Kid? I have a stainless savage 114 that I would part with for $500 if going to a LH Kid.
here is a link to an old thread from when I purchased the rifle. PM if interested. it had 37 rounds down tube when I got it, I put about 30 down it and has sat in safe since.

He's 14, but he's 5'7'' 200lbs, he's already barrel chested! Good kid who loves to hunt, especially elk.

I have a 7mm rem. mag. Not a 30-06
I have a 12ga. I don't need a 30-30.
