Depends on the donor. IF the donor is already set up for 3.600" COAL, go for it. If the donor is set up for a 3.400" COAL (eg: LH Win M70) , may require more than a rebarrel. At a minimum, new mag box and follower. Don't ask me how I know this... blush

Or try RL 26 in it in a Standard 7 Rem Mag and pick up 100 FPS

CHS-
It would probably be cheaper in the long run to find a LH long action Model 70. The LH 7mmSTW/375 H&H are around but they are spendy when you find them.
My old LH M70 7STW chronoed at 3535 fps w/140 Accubonds & a stiff charge of 7828 and sub-moa. Of course, I sold the rifle. One of my all-time f--- ups and I've had a few, too many to
count actually.
Unless you're total speed freak, kkalaska's advice of exploring the standard 7mag/ R-26 has merit and may get you where you want to be, or at least close to it.
Good luck in your project.

If you’re going to rebarrel, I’d try to find a 300 Win to use as a donor.

If your current 7mm has a 26" or longer barrel, it may make sense to just rechamber to see whether the 7mmSTW is for you.

Of course, the magazine box must be long enough to hold the loaded rounds, and the action/barrel must be capable of handling the higher pressures.
