I found one of these scopes on sale the other day for $300 and bought it. Decided for that price I'd try it. I'm a sight it in and don't mess with it hunter as long as it stays on. I sighted it in on my old 270. Just wondering if any of you have tested them?

I have one but haven't put it through a good thrashing. Mines on a Ruger MKII 260 Rem.

I have a few. I really like them. They are pretty good for the money...

Iv'e had good luck with mine. I've been using them since they came out a few years ago. I have them on .22's, .22 magnums, and currently have one on my 7WSM, and gave one to my dad that is on an AR that I built for him. He's loving that combo:

Most of the ones I own also have the RZ6 reticle....

I also had one on my 338WM (now on my 7mm WSM) that worked very well. Always held zero and seemed to track well. Glass is bright and clear too:

I’ve not had any experience with the 3-9x42 but I have sighted in and hunted 3 different 4-12x50’s. On all 3 the tracking wasn’t great to start with but I was able to get them sighted in. They’ve held zero fine once I got there. So obviously not for the turret twister. They held plenty of light and crosshairs and target were still visible 10 minutes after legal shooting time which is 30 minutes after sunset here.

Dude I don’t know where you got the terra scopes are made in China. Every Terra scope I’ve seen says made in Japan. But I have seen some Terra binoculars that said made in China.

Maybe they realized they were wrong. The scopes are assembled in Japan with Zeiss parts.
