Does anyone know of an RV toilet that's only 8 to 10" high (to the rim)? The bathroom in our camper is a 1 piece unit made with the toilet sitting on top of a raised area over the frame. The raised area allows a turn in the sewer line to clear the frame. The original toilet was 8" but it was broken when we got it. The 12" I have in it now requires a foot stool and there isn't enough foot room with a stool in there.
It also needs a hand flush lever. It's too high for my MIL to get her foot on a foot pedal type flush lever.

look up the web site.

If these guys don't have it I don't know who would. I order from them all the time and they seem to have it all.

thanks. The shortest one I saw there was almost 14" high on the seat. That's what I have now. I don't think anyone makes an ultra short one any more.

Not sure how high this one is. There's no description on that, but it looks pretty low:

You could also waste a call to Thetford and Dometic's customer service and ask directly.

that one's 18" high. It would be about 28" in our camper. Even if it did fit, $400? I can do a lot of stretching for that money.

It's a '76 Kit that we're restoring. They haven't carried parts for it for years. The outside still looks pretty ratty because I haven't got to the paint yet but the inside is coming along nicely. I'm afraid that we might have to live with this toilet. I thought about making a wood platform to stand on but there isn't enough headroom.
