It varies a lot around here. I've seen it from $10.00/qt to $20.00 or more per qt. I'm getting $17.00/qt for mine, and I sell every drop each year.

Fantastic honey you and your bees produce! We're loving it! It's really really something special. I can't gush enough praise!

Free-99 thanks to a good friend. He’s always willing to trade honey for elk meat.

Depending on the flow for the year, it's either 10-12$ a pint or 18-22$ a quart. Supply and demand. Typically I can draw 20 gallons and have it sold in under a month. I will often hold back some of the supply for repeat customers who come looking again about Christmas time.

Around $7 a pint here. You have to be careful buying honey here. The local Amish/Mennonites buy honey by the bulk from out of state, then put it into smaller containers and market it as being "local".....which it's not. I try to stick with the locals that I know have their own hives.

We made about 160 gal. this year. We are blessed in our area to have a combination of plants that give the honey a really nice flavor. Part of my job as a beekeeper is to make sure I don't mess up the bee's good work.

Just paid that for amazing desert honey here. Worth it, but the Costco stuff is also local and great.

We bought a gallon about a year ago from a local apiary for $30. We're about ready for another one.

1 qt of honey weighs 3 lbs. A gallon weighs 12 lbs. 160 x 12 lbs = 1,920 lbs. I keep it in 5 gal. buckets. Each bucket full of honey weighs 60 lbs. I don't lack for exercise.

The local honey I buy here is $12 a quart and is fantastic. Mine comes from Jim Mabry a local beekeeper who sells it on the honor system out of his garage..

Just wondering what y'all pay for a quart in your area, $10.00 here in MS... Based on your location, is it tupelo honey? We got a few bottles of tupelo last spring while in the southeast. I like it better than typical commercial clover, but having made Alaskan wildflower honey here (with a very high % of fireweed), we're spoiled. Fireweed honey is the very best I've ever tasted.

I haven't sold any yet as am a small time operator and new to the game. My honey is whatever the bees bring in, but so far people have said that they like it. I am guessing a combination of wildflower and soybean. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

Most of the honey sold here is advertised as clover honey. I'm sure that the bees do feed off clover, but I see them on anything that has a bloom, so it's not all clover honey.
