Rifle is 95% no nicks, scratches or other marks that I can see. Shot only during load development ( less than 50 rnds )

scope is as new except for a couple of shiny spots in the matt finish that it had from the time I opened the box.
T bought the control rings and bases used. the rings are fine but the bases show some finish wear.
