Anyone used them? Do they do good work? Are they reasonable on their pricing?

Do you mean these folks? http://www.apacherifleworks.comFriend uses them for less complicated gunsmith work than you describe, but is happy with their work. I think Apache Gunworks is in Louisiana.

Yes, Apache gun works is in Louisiana. Not too long ago i bought a threaded barrel for a savage from Jim.

I dropped by a month or so and and spoke with a couple of folks including their "gunsmith". I would let him work an AR but that's about it. They are coming out with their own line of "match grade" rifles so we shall see.
Conduct is the best proof of character.
