I am for the moment torn between a 204 Ruger and a 22-250. While I hash that out I was curious what my options for a left handed 204 are and what suggestions you would offer

I have been drooling over a savage model 12 left vlp and was wondering if they were as good as they look? And as accurate as they claim to be

The .204 shoots just as flat and much quieter if that is important were you hunt. I always preferred the Hornady 40 gr bullet for game the size of groundhogs.

Own a CZ 204 Ruger, great little rifle.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

204 Hands down! No need to burn all that extra powder. the 204 is one of those rounds that is a pleasure to shoot. Having said that you should buy a 220 SWIFT;)

A Contender makes a pretty good 204. That's a 3 shot group at 100 yards. My right handed buddy's have a hard time with that stock. Doc ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/WxnCS4I.jpg)

Have a CZ American in 204. Like it so much I bought the Lux model in 223.

I would go CZ but I have a heavier, fast-twist 22-250 too. I like them both. As for the CZ, I don't know why more American made guns cannot be better proportioned to the cartridge-action size like the CZ and as did the old Kimber '84. And the CZ with its set-trigger allows a crisp, light pull. Mine is also accurate for a slender, light rifle.
