I have used the Moyer - very good but took a lot of filing to fit the safety right which makes me nervious and the Timney which was pretty much a drop in and only required some stock relief. As far as pull and adjust ability they are comparable but the Moyer would get the nod for feel or lack of it.
These were the only Left hand models available when I replaced the triggers, maybe now more are available. Be interested in which the Smiths prefer.

I was all set to replace the stock MK II trigger on my Ruger, but Brown Precision said that they could rework the stock trigger and make it really nice which they did. There is a very nice much lighter, no creep trigger already in your rifle if you find someone who can rework it for you.
My other auto is a .45

Windfall has good advice. Ruger trigger is solid just needs honing, adjustment and maybe a new spring.

I think a good gunsmith could get you there for a factory with emphasis on good. I personally would not go that light on one I re-worked after having a hard time on a Remmy trigger, this after doing about 8 of them successfully. Rifle Basics claims 14 oz. and Timney can do less than 2 lbs.
If it were me the comfort factor would be with a good gunsmith or the Timney. I have heard of others having problems with some RB triggers but have no personal experience there. As for the price I want drop in convenience. The RB has better tolerances and possibly harder steel than factory but this is conjecture.
