Hi gents. Looking for a lightish synthetic stock for a SA remmy 700. Think B&C Alaskan sportier or the like. Mag bbl contour or douglas #2. Color doesn’t matter much as it will probably be hydrodipped.
I have a Keester custom stock for 700 Short action right hand, BDL It is inlet for a #2 barrel. I believe Mr. Keester is the man making stocks for Proof. It weighs between 16-18 ounces. It does need to bed bed and painted/or dipped. I was going to use it for a build bUT decided to go another direction. I would ship it to you For $475. I have 2 , a Mark Banser lightweight, and Remington with a limbsaver that is sticky, but the stock was made by B and C, I think, it has an aluminum chassis. Neither have been bedded, Banser will need painting and bedding.
