Hey you damn kids get off my lawn!

looks like I need to get off my a$$ and start adding more plates to my squats- holy sh1t can some of those gals squat!!!

Funny to see that guy in the background doing the Gene Wilder "I'm bad" imitation. Looked a lot like Smoke.

Doing 5/3/1 regularly. Bench is 415, Squat at 530, Dead at 505. I lift three days per week.
Heavier deads are tough for grip without straps.
I got a 1:24(interval rate for 500M) for 200m on C2. Doing Elliptical Stride machine for 25 minutes X 3 times per week.
Three Days per week I work Freight in camping for 3 hours per night.
I move and stack and unstack lots of pellet grills and smokers up here.

Not to side-tractor you fellers, but....

My best horse was a quarter horse mare with a big barrel and a big QH butt named Ruby.

Naturally we referred to her as 'Rubenesque'.

Also called her 'Ruby the wonder horse'.

am- 200 yards lunges unbroken, 4x50 air squats

pm- Tiny Elvis and I got 2.5 miles in- it was faster (and shorter) than planned due to a almost whiteout snow storm

You're the only guy I know who can turn perve into a verb.

Just checking if you were still paying attention, in that would be the second time you told me that.
