I am in need of a Rossi 92 original buttstock with the curved buttplate. It's for a 454 Casull.
Does anyone have a takeoff that they would like to sell?

May not have the curved buttplate, but I think my local FFL has a Rossi buttstock. I think it's a Rossi. Won't hurt to call.

Thanks, I did see that one. I was hoping to find a takeoff stock, so that I don't have to refinish or find a buttplate. My friend has 454 Casull with the butt pad and wants to change it to match his other 92's. Told him I would try and help him out.

I went in yesterday and sure enough, there is a buttstock down in the guncase completely covered in dust with a little sticker on it with faded lettering that read "Henry". They say the memory is the second thing to go. It seems to be going thataway.
