He's correct. We are doing a terrible job of taking care of our own people. We have allowed a multitude of people to come here and pile on our welfare system and they lower the standard of living for the entire country. If we are content with our country becoming like Mexico and Latin America are then continue on the path we are on at present. I know it sounds harsh but there are legal ways to immigrate. What they are doing is invading not immigrating.

He only speaks reason and common sense, which is unfortunately lacking in most quarters these days.

I can appreciate a latino who is an American who understands that making the country "brown" is not good for any Americans, only Mexicans
Where we have made our mistakes is not holding Mexico and other Latin American countries accountable for the deplorable conditions they have created for their own people even though we have sent millions of jobs, export billions in of their products and send tourist by the hundreds of thousands to them every year.
Out stance as Americans should be one of outrage with them for being only slightly better than corrupt banana republics, and their own people should be just as outraged.
Mexico is rich with natural resources, its a tourist mecca, and it has a manufacturing base that should rival any country in the world. There is no valid reason other than corruption or perhaps incompetence that their have so much poverty.

Think about it. How many countries, who ban their citizens from bearing arms, are corrupt, poor, have deplorable drug trafficking, are banana republics, have dictatorships, little freedom or liberty for their citizens, have poor health care, are socialist or communist?, and have weak economies and poorly built infrastructure? This is exactly where the demoncraps want to take this country.

I hate how liberal pundits always substitute "immigration" for "illegal immigration," as if they're the same thing.
I am not opposed to legal immigration, as long as it's within the context of our laws. It's the difference between going into a store and purchasing goods, versus shoplifting.
How can they not differentiate this?

How can they not differentiate this? Because, in their minds, if you are hungry then it is acceptable to shoplift food. The circumstances for them, are the defining factor, not the law.

So Paul Rodriguez is a comedian? Why would CNN or anyone else care about his opinions on illegal immigration?

So Paul Rodriguez is a comedian? Why would CNN or anyone else care about his opinions on illegal immigration? Heavyweight within the Latino community and lots of Latinos watch CNN. He’s a Vet and Republican. Problem is that the DEMOCRAPS have really got their hooks into younger Latinos which are less Mexican and more Central and South America. Thats why the big push for DACA. The DEMOCRAPS also know that the aging Mexican Latino Babyboomers and Gen Xers have less patience for their race baiting class warefare BS as they get older. Unlike Black Americans Latinos are not The monolithic voting block they used to be and because they come from so many different countries and cultures extremely susceptible to political fracturing.
