A big debate with my co-workers as well. I've always been a take it off at 195 to rest/rise but I have to admit the 205 turned out better. I was only smoking at 225 so I didn't get a big rise. Only up to about 208.

Broccoli Chicken Devan

Easy to make....delicious...and I get about four meals out of a batch. It's one of my favorites.

I don't know about that.....four ingredients and stick it in the oven....eat leftovers for a few days....repeat.

Heck yeah!

I am a pretty fair cook, so is my wife. We both like cooking.

Those screwball kids of mine will damn well know how to cook and read a recipe when they leave my house.

We are working our way through a local cookbook right now.

Been lots of fun so far.

But I agree with Charlie, the internet is a boon for a fellow like me out here in the sticks. Used to be if a recipe was not in your grandmothers cook book it might as well not exist.

Just had a spam and egg sandwich and a slice of Sour Cream Raisin pie.

Never had that kind of pie before.

It was pretty good.

I love Tamales but they're non existent around here and I don't have the knowledge or skill to make my own yet you guys are buying them by the dozen off of carts on the street.

Left over prime rib cut with proper veggies and Swiss cheese into a Philly Cheese Steak. It was killer.
