George Ciccariello-Maher, whose controversial posts on Twitter placed him at the center of what he called a “new offensive against academia” by the far right, says he will leave his faculty position at Drexel University.

In October the university placed Mr. Ciccariello-Maher, an associate professor in the department of politics and global-studies, on leave after he received threats for tweeting about the responsibility of the “the white-supremacist patriarchy” for mass shootings.

That incident carried echoes of the controversy that first lifted Mr. Ciccariello-Maher into public view. In December 2016 the professor tweeted, “All I Want for Christmas Is White Genocide.”

So he calls for the mass murder of specific peoples then is shocked when those peoples and others push back in offers to reciprocate.

Fuggin puzzy.

What is it with the name Maher?

Faqqot azz brain dead liberal with a puzzy hyphenated last name. Hope he eats schitt sandwiches in 2018.

It would be apropros were he the first to go.

What I had in mind, was say 90 days in a cell with a big fat black guy named Bubba who
was serving 99 to Life... who hadn't had any in say 15 years... and wanted to make up for lost time....

that should take away his white guilt syndrome...

That's exactly what needed to happen.

If the good people of this country would rise up and protest jackasses like this guy with half the intensity that the left protests virtually everything decent then we could rid academia of cultural marxists in short order.

The good people have jobs and responsibilities.

And no will, honor or courage, to do right by the country. Only to take from it.
