Mine will be a Ruger Mk.IV .22./45 Tactical with a can. ![[Linked Image]](https://ruger.com/products/markIV2245Tactical/images/top.png) got the same, except the ultralight version mine only has the top rail I bought the standard 22/45 last summer and had Volquertson slick up the trigger. It shoots WAY better than I can. Picking up a CZ 527 carbine in 7.62x39 this afternoon, I bought one in 223 last year. Love that little carbine. I sure wish CZ would chamber the Carbine in 6.5 Grendel.

Am thinking of a 17 HMR, then I saw that Tikka has the new T1x coming out so might try that one. Throw my TBAC 223CB suppressor on it for a S&G rifle...

You think it will work on TN deer? My longest shot in the last 1/2 dozen years has been 35 yards No way that will kill a deer. : )

been a busy week for gun arrivals.....stainless 77/22 for me, Tac-Sol SBX barrel, Bushnell Elite 3500 2x7 up top: ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/lzxH7bo.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/pbo8S6a.jpg) went to a small gun show this weekend; picked up a Leupold VX-2, 1x4 Heavy Duplex, matte finish, for $125, and a Sightron 1X compact shotgun scope for $50. Then, found a nice old Rem 510 single shot in excellent shape, date code says it was born Sept 1945..... looks like someone has refinished & checkered the stock, paid $150 for it. i'll get a pic or 2, nice old gun. ..i grew up shooting a 514, and i like the feel of those old guns. Also have a Contender carbine in .17remington on the way here, it should arrive here about Wednesday or Thursday. If Whittakers gets the run of Ruger American Rimfires done in .17Mach2, i'm down for one of those....

Plunked down for a Tikka 17 HMR. Been wanting a 17 and liked the looks of it. Betting it's a shooter.

Glock model 40 which is a 10mm, I have found a load which sends 180's 1350 fps so I am having fun.
RUMs are like woman in Stiletto heals, you know they are going to put you in the poor house, but that has never stopped anyone from pursuing them.

Howa .243 from whittakers. Should be here thursday. Told wife I was not buying this year...put this on layaway in 2017 so technically I am a good boy  Got a Dave ramsey streak going...paying stuff off and buying myself freedom from a job I don't like. No sense in bitching and not doing anything.

Probably not buying anything, at least for a while. Camp dues, vacation to save up for, windows for the house, and possibly buying some property this spring, plus whatever boat repairs come up when I dust off the old Sylvan this spring.

First actual purchase was one of SAS's Tikka .22's. Given the spring/summer arrival date for the Tikka, I expect something else will actually follow me in the door before then...

Trying to talk myself out of a 28 ga Citori White Lightning to go with the 12 and 20. Or I may just tube the 20.
The current 2 just seem overkill for skeet.
