Hah! Trying to start a fight?

I'll bite - Polaris - because there is only one ATV dealer in my hometown and that's what they sell! But they've been good machines, and the dealer is a good local company.

I'm with MikeL2 on that choice or a Yamaha because the dealer who sells and services those is 10 miles from where we keep ours.

My other auto is a .45

And here we go......

Honda or Yamaha based on my personal experience.

Are there really any bad ones any more other than the cheap Chinese knockoffs? They've been around long time and the competition is stiff. They've all done a lot of improvement over the years...with the possible exception of the Colemans that Cabela's sells. I haven't read a single good thing about the Coleman UTV's or ATV's. They're some of the aforementioned Chinese crap.

Quads have gone the wayside in my parts....

seems most people are buying UTV SxS's these days....

Forest & BLM are widening trails to 66" from 50"

I'd say brand is a preference to any of them....

I'd stay with Yamaha or Honda either way

My Polaris RZR is a 50". Besides fitting on the trails now, it also fits in my pickup. That's a big plus.

My first atv was a Kawasaki Bayou 250. After I bought the Honda, my brother in law offered me a Browning o/u 20 gauge, a Browning 22 rifle, and $300 cash for the Kawasaki. I made that deal quick!

My 1st was a Kaw Bayou 300. I won it in a drawing. I made a big mistake with it. It only had 2 wheel drive. I picked it up from a dealer and I should have paid the difference for a 4x4. I paid for that mistake many times over during the next 10 years.

The rancher I bought is 4x4, and fuel injected. The fuel injection was a big plus for me.

I've had great luck with Arctic Cat. Mine is a 500 manual shift 2005 model that I have not been mind to. It's taken all the abuse I've given it and never asked for anything but wheel bearings, shock bushings and oil changes.

I also have a Yamaha Rhino and it gets more use than the atv now just because it's so easy to throw things in the bed and not lash everything down to the racks.

Don't buy a Honda unless you're planning on driving it for ever. Not the sportiest but it's not gonna wear out so you can buy a new one.
