Looks more like a Post and Duplex Reticle than Leupold's #4 Which is even better imo.

That looks like a German #4 to me - a 4A reticle should have no vertical line in the top half and the 3 duplex lines are much heavier.

That's a Leupold Post & Duplex. I have one that I ordered from the Custom shop.
The German #4 form Leupold has thicker posts, is squared off where the thicker portion meets the thinner center lines.
No tapering from thick portion to thinner.
