The local gun shop here has an 8 point doe on the wall. They swear it is a doe.

I have seen this a few times. Usually a hormonal imbalance of some sort. Though all the ones I’ve seen antlers remain in velvet. The place i have my deer processed has some local guys taxidermy on displace for cross merchandising reasons no less. “Lady Buck” on the plaque. You can tell or to me you can see the feminine features. And it’s antlers are still in full velvet non typical crazy growing rack.

The doe I saw with antlers, well, the antlers were still in velvet. It was killed in Throckmorton, Texas.

He should have called BPS, I heard a while back they were paying BIG $$$ fer a doe/buck. We've had a few killed around my area but never heard fer sure whether BPS would pay up.... Nice deer either way!!! Full body mount on that joker even ifin BPS wasn't getting it.
