Finally got the Burris FF3 on my M71 and it just kicks ass. I mounted it as received using Doug Turnbull's mount. First shot with a clean barrel was aimed at the seam of an upper target and this one and landed about there. The second and third follow aiming at the center of the bull. I adjusted the sight and fired the next three. Probably a fluke in size but it is amazing how mush easier it is to hit vs. the receiver sight I had on it.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Nice. I have been contemplating something like that for my .356. That would be easier to see than the open sites I am using with my aging eyes.
